DEPOSIT/PAYMENTS
We accept checks, cash, PayPal, most credit and debit cards (Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay). Payment is due upon receipt, but can be made during the production stages of your order. If a completed order is not paid for within 30 business days of its completion an additional financing charge will apply. Unpaid invoices after 30 days of completion will be subject to a 1.5% charge, 3% after 60 days, and an additional 1.5% every following 30 days. Unpaid orders after 90 days are subject to legal action.
TURN AROUND TIME
Typical turn time is 10-14 business days from the time of deposit and art approval (not including shipping time).
Turn around time on larger orders require more time to produce. Ordering multiple designs at one time, adding inside tagging, specialty inks and/or fulfillment services will add to our standard turn time. Please inquire about our current turn around time on larger/multiple design orders. If you need your garments by a certain deadline, let us know prior to your order — rush fees would likely apply.
MINIMUMS
We require a minimum of 24 pieces per design.
SHIPPING
Shipping is not included in estimates unless specified. Shipping time is not included in turn around time. Once the shipment is handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee timeliness or exact delivery dates. Domestic FedEx Ground shipping times from our facility are from Zip Code 44017.
MANUFACTURER DEFECTS
Keepin' it Fresh is not responsible for mistakes or defects on behalf of the manufacturer or distributor: inconsistent coloring, mislabeled sizes, manufacturer garment defects, etc. We cannot inspect each garment or count them in individually. Manufacturer and distributor defects or mis-shipments will delay production until all garments are received. It is highly recommended to order more garments than needed for each size. All additional garments will be included in the print run and billed for what is printed.
CUSTOMER SUPPLIED GARMENT
There is an additional charge for customer supplied garments and are not responsible for any damaged or misprinted garments. We require contract screen printing clients to provide us with a detailed list of garments including manufacturer, style number, color, size, and quantities of each to be embroidered or printed prior to order confirmation. We may be unable or refuse to print/embroider on certain garments based on garment content.
Refunds are reserved to the sole discretion of Keepin' it Fresh.
